REFLECTIONS ’06 - A Free Offer

For most of us in the U.S., our thoughts and our waistlines are gearing up for Thanksgiving. This is traditionally a time when families come together from their different locations to celebrate their love for one another and to express their thankfulness for the abundance in their lives.

It’s also when many of us begin to reflect on all that has occurred in this year . . . the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. It’s all part of the package.

If you are a list maker, a planner and organizer . . . if you like to identify goals and milestones . . . then this is naturally a time of year when you’ll block off several hours on your calendar so you can review the great accomplishments you’ve had this year.

Did you achieve all that you set out to do? How have you grown this year? What experiences have now become important stepping-stones along your path of personal development? Do you know where you’re headed?

If you’re not accustomed to taking some time to reflect, I encourage you to try it this year. With so much negativity and no much pressure we face these days, taking some time to review and re-energize will bring you a calm awareness.

I’m often asked how to “do” this period of reflection: What does it look like . . . what questions should I ask myself. . . and so on. So, this year, I’m offering a FREE GIFT to you:  REFLECTIONS ’06. This is a 3-session workbook to guide you through the process. You can choose to collect all 3 sessions and then schedule your “day away;” or if you’re like most people these days, it’s easier to schedule “mini-sessions” of a couple of hours here, a few hours there. Either way, REFLECTIONS ’06 is designed with you in mind.

Sign up now if you’d like to receive REFLECTIONS ’06 (it’s FREE – my complimentary gift to you). The first section will go out within the next week.

From my home to yours, I wish you a wonderful day of giving thanks for the abundance that surrounds you.

Coach Darlene
